Room had a bunch of channels on the TV, ironing stuff, and even a radio 📺🎶.

This is a lovely welcoming hotel with stunningly beautiful rooms. The well-appointed rooms come with a scrumptious breakfast.- The terrific service makes for a pleasant stay.- The location close to a bus stop is absolutely perfect. 

The room features central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a television, with a comfy bed and a speedy check-in process in a fantastic location.

Great experience and the staff was really attentive. The room had everything - a TV with lots of channels, an iron, and a radio. The bed was super clean and comfy 😊 Check-in was fast and the service was top-notch. 

It was a really nice experience. Everything was second to none, including very helpful and attentive staff.- There were central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and television in my double room, loved it.- Free Wi-Fi 

We appreciated this old-fashioned hotel. The food was excellent. The staff were excellent and amicable. The venue's location was marvellous and lovely on the sea front. Natureland Seal Sanctuary was not far. 

The service was great, and we had no complaints. The on-site parking was convenient, and the location was excellent, close to the beach and easy to get around.

The room was brand new, and the service provided was friendly, with a good-sized bathroom and a variety of facilities including central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a television.

The unit is well-appointed and beautifully maintained. The breakfast is scrumptious. There is a good choice of fabulous options for meals. The location of the place is particularly good, just a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The staff are very helpful 

This place serves an awesome breakfast with sausages, fruit juice, and tinned tomatoes, and it's situated in a great location.

I would say it's lovely place for staying and exploring Skegness. The staff are welcoming and exceptional, they keep the place fairly clean. The beds are comfy to sleep on. There is lots of fab food for breakfast. 

The breakfast is lovely, the room is well-appointed and tastefully decorated with very comfortable bed. The hotel is set in a magnificent location close to market. Plus, the place is 5 minutes walk to Tower Gardens.  

The amenities here are top-notch and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, plus the breakfast options are delicious and impressive.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, the room was new and the location was very central, and the restaurant served delicious freshly cooked dishes.

The restaurant here is great, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of fruit, tea, and coffee options.
